How can you find more time for tasks you want to do, while still having just 24 hours a day? This is what I use to win the time: batching. Let’s see what it is in less than 1 minute.

Batching is when we group similar activities together and tackle them during designated time blocks.
The thing here is that when we switch between different tasks we lose time. This happens because before starting a new type of task we need to ‘tune’ our mind flow on this task. This takes time, some say, approximately 25 minutes to regain focus.
When we batch—group—similar activities together, we save this time, because we do not switch. Once we start an activity, we remain focused until we finish the entire batch.
Steps to use Batching technique:
Step 1. Write down all your tasks
Step 2. Categorize them
Step 3. Block time for each category on your calendar

With this you will handle tasks in a concentrated manner and accomplish more in less time.
Try this and see if it helps you too.
