One method that helps me hear everyone is writing. The technique is often called brainwriting. The idea is simple. You define the topic and ask people to share their thoughts on paper without engaging in discussions with others.
‘Personal touch’
I typically establish guidelines, such as limiting responses to no more than 5 sentences and no more than 20 words per sentence. But this depends on the situation.
